Our Story

The Kemp Sisters started their award-winning and family-owned company back in 1999. Together, they have created multiple brands across many locations. But ITSA was their very first business together. That tiny 256 square foot premises below is where it all began.

They are both a lot older now...and hopefully a little wiser: Domini is a Euro-toques chef, food writer for Food & Wine Magazine as their resident chef and author of five cookbooks, including the best-selling, "The Ketogenic Kitchen". Peaches holds a WSET wine diploma and is Chair of the Alumni Board of Ernst & Young. The sisters were finalists in the 2011 E&Y Entrepreneur of the year, and former winners of the Image Businesswoman of the year.

Over the years they have served millions of Irish people and visitors from abroad. The company prides itself in understanding what their customers and clients want through not just asking, listening and creating - but by staying curious and crucially by cooking and tasting.

ITSA is 100% owned by sisters Domini and Peaches Kemp, who combine the roles of award-winning chef, food writer, author, businesswomen, influencers, industry leaders & serial entrepreneurs. ITSA is a privately owned company and does not operate as franchises, operating in both commercial and public spaces and our clients include Arnotts, Powerscourt Estate, the Museum of Literature along with many of the Top 100 Companies in Ireland.
