Our Story

The Kemp Sisters started their award-winning and family-owned company back in 1999. Together, they have created five brands across twelve locations: ITSA, Alchemy Juice Co., Joe's, as well as Feast Catering & Events, and Hatch & Sons. The most recent addition is The Commons Restaurant in the new Museum of Literature (MoLI). The ITSA group employs a team of 110.

Domini is a Euro-toques chef, former food writer for the Irish Times and author of five cookbooks, including the best selling, "The Ketogenic Kitchen".

Peaches holds a WSET wine diploma and is Chair of the Alumni Board of Ernst & Young. The sisters were finalists in the 2011 E&Y Entrepreneur of the year, and former winners of the Image Businesswoman of the year.

ITSA is one of the most innovative food companies in Ireland and one of the largest independent, indigenous and family-owned catering companies in Ireland. Established in 1999, ITSA enjoys an excellent reputation with our clients and customers: successfully combining a rich heritage in pioneering culinary standards with entrepreneurial panache.

The ITSA group has over 20 years of experience of high street retail in the Irish market, and we enjoy an enviable position as market leaders and innovators.

Over the years we have served millions of Irish people and visitors from abroad. So we pride ourselves in understanding what our customers and clients want through not just asking, listening and creating - but by staying curious and crucially by cooking and tasting!

ITSA is 100% owned by sisters Domini and Peaches Kemp, who combine the roles of award-winning chef, food writer, author, businesswomen, influencers, industry leaders & serial entrepreneurs.

ITSA is a privately owned company and does not operate as franchises. We operate in both commercial and public spaces and our clients include Arnotts, Brown Thomas, Harvey Nichols, Value Retail, Powerscourt Estate, the Hugh Lane Gallery, The Little Museum of Dublin, Irish Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Literature along with many of the Top 100 Companies in Ireland.

We are keen to learn, improve and adapt our company to the needs of our customers and our incredible team. We are also working on a focused sustainability policy that will make a difference. Please do get in touch. We'd love to hear from you!

SILVERSKIN COFFEE ROASTERS IS AN AWARD WINNING COFFEE ROASTING COMPANY BASED IN DUBLIN.

We are delighted to be working with Silverskin who provide fresh roasted coffee to cafes/ restaurants across Ireland. They work

with some of Ireland’s finest coffee outlets and build sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships.

After 15 years in the coffee industry in Ireland, Brian Kenny opened Silverskin Coffee Roaster’s flagship store at the iconic Coffee Kiosk, Ballsbridge. The premium grab and go coffee outlet was Ireland’s original and smallest Micro-Roastery and at 37 sq ft probably the smallest roastery in the world!

Receiving many awards along the way (best coffee in Ireland 98fm awards, customer service JCI) and acclaim through the Irish times, 2fm, 98fm Evening Herald & today FM, coupled with the success of the kiosk allowed Silverskin Coffee to open a state of the art Roastery in Glasnevin.

Only the highest quality speciality coffee is purchased and roasted onsite. Strict quality measures are used when sourcing green beans. All green beans are measured for moisture, density and size. This allows for specific roasting profiles to

be assigned to individual coffees. Their coffee is craft-roasted daily in small batches to guarantee freshness and allow

us to maintain strict quality control throughout the entire roasting process. It is packaged immediately in airtight, one-way valve bespoke packaging to maintain freshness.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts!
